For instance, if your company is called 'Inspired'
and your name is Joe Sharpe
then you could have an email address like

J.Sharpe@Inspired.com
Joe.Sharpe@Inspired.com
In fact, what they don't tell you is that you can have any number of email addresses, providing you own the domain name. So you could also have
sales@Inspired.com
info@Inspired.com
contact@Inspired.com
anything@Inspired.com
